Kristi Johnson, Founder and President

Kristi R. Johnson is a proven sales and marketing professional within the healthcare industry having over two decades of sales, sales management and leadership experience in developing customer-centric approaches that drive profitable results. She has extensive experience and expertise in creating and delivering Healthcare-related training programs focused on the hospital marketplace, physician relations and overall industry knowledge and trends as well as sales training programs focused on delivering to the bottom line.

Kristi Johnson has more than 23 years of experience and is an accomplished sales management and leadership professional. She has received multiple awards for distinguished performance throughout her corporate healthcare sales career. She has a diverse development background that includes extensive training in sales methodologies, leadership development, and Six Sigma process improvement.

Kristi received her B.S. in Marketing from the Indiana University School of Business. Her client base includes companies such as G.E. Healthcare, Eli Lilly and Company, Baker Hill Corporation, Pfizer Animal Health, Citimark Management Inc., Fusion Sales Partners and Lucent Technologies.

Jenny Sheedy, Program Facilitator
Jenny Sheedy has experience in creating and delivering commercial skills training programs focused on sales performance, leadership development and change initiatives. She has more than 18 years of sales experience and has received multiple awards for distinguished performance throughout her corporate career.

Prior to her current role as a training consultant, Jenny worked at both Xerox Corporation and Eastman Kodak in various account management, product specialist and field management roles. During her corporate sales career, her responsibilities included initial training and career development of the new hires.

Jenny received her B.S. in Marketing from Purdue University located in West Lafayette, IN.



Kristi Simonett, Program Facilitator
Kristi Simonett is a career sales professional with over 20 years of management and leadership experience. Her success has been based on a foundation of consultative selling and effective communication skills to consistently meet and exceed corporate objectives. Her ability to quickly and effectively connect with customers, as well as create a compelling message that engages audiences are strengths that transfer to her successful facilitation style.

Kristi's sales career has included senior sales and marketing positions within American Express, Polaroid, MasterCard and First Marketing, a Reed-Elsevier Company. In these roles, she was actively responsible for developing business strategy, designing communication processes and delivering training and diversity programs. Vertical industries she has served include financial services, healthcare, medical equipment, hospitality, entertainment, dining, manufacturing, media and professional associations.

While working for Deluxe Corporation, she trained not only new hires in Selling Skills and Counselor Selling but also senior management in workshops including Effective Presentations and Social Styles. She has a passion and enthusiasm for helping individuals succeed in today's ever-changing business climate.



Christy Poturkovic, Certified Sales Coach
With almost 20 years of business experience, Christy is very familiar with the challenges facedby growing companies. She spent 17 years with a privately owned technology integration company, Communications Products, Inc. (CPI), an Indianapolis-based, privately owned technology integration company specializing in voice, data, cabling, and internet solutions. As their first employee, her immediate responsibility was to build the business, with the primary focus being identifying potential customers, determining their needs and business objectives, and applying the appropriate technological solution.

During Christy's tenure at CPI, she was involved in many aspects of the business, including long range planning, product evaluation and management, including leading the sales force while the company earned successive listings as an INC 500 company. She learned the value of developing long term relationships and maintained many of her clients throughout her career with CPI. Christy believes in honesty and integrity in all transactions, seeks to provide outstanding customer service and follow up, and now trains others in developing and implementing those skills and attitudes.

Christy studied marketing and psychology at Ball State University. She is also a certified empowerment coach with expertise in Business and Personal coaching, gaining that certification through IPEC, the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching. Christy enjoys using her knowledge and experience to help organizations and individuals identify their business, professional and personal goals, and assisting them in designing a plan to achieve those goals, while providing a support structure during the entire process.

Christy is a member of Business Women Connect, the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Indianapolis chapter of the ICF, and the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
