Founder
Kristi R. Johnson, Founder
and President of Profit Point LLC
Kristi R. Johnson
is a proven sales and marketing
professional with nearly two decades of sales, sales management
and leadership experience in developing customer-centric processes
that drive profitable results. She has expertise in the design
and implementation of customized sales models and commercial skills
training programs focused on delivering to the bottom line.
Kristi began her career with Xerox Corporation where she consistently overachieved
her revenue targets, covering vertical markets ranging from manufacturing, healthcare,
legal, pharmaceutical, education, government, high-tech and insurance; she achieved
Xerox' highest sales award, President's Club, ten times within 13 years.
Leaving Xerox, Kristi joined General Electric as an Account Executive and led
the field in the best-practice, sales process definition to successfully define
sale stages, outcomes, role contribution, enabling tools and critical customer
buying milestones which are now imbedded into CRM in order to increase sales
predictability and visibility within GE.
Kristi received her B.S. in Marketing from the Indiana University School of Business. Her client base includes companies such as G.E. Healthcare, Eli Lilly and Company, Baker Hill Corporation, Pfizer Animal Health, Citimark Management Inc., Fusion Sales Partners and Lucent Technologies.

Jenny Sheedy, Program Facilitator
Jenny Sheedy has experience in creating
and delivering commercial skills training programs focused on sales performance,
leadership development and change initiatives. She has more than 18 years
of sales experience and has received multiple awards for distinguished performance
throughout her corporate career.
Prior to her current role as a training consultant, Jenny worked at both Xerox Corporation and Eastman Kodak in various account management, product specialist and field management roles. During her corporate sales career, her responsibilities included initial training and career development of the new hires.
Jenny received her B.S. in Marketing from Purdue University located in West Lafayette, IN.

Christy Poturkovic, Certified
Sales Coach
With almost 20 years
of business experience, Christy is very familiar with the challenges
faced by growing
companies. She spent 17 years with a privately owned technology integration
company, Communications
Products, Inc. (CPI), an Indianapolis-based, privately owned technology
integration company specializing in voice, data, cabling, and internet
solutions. As their
first employee, her immediate responsibility was to build the business,
with the primary focus being identifying potential customers, determining
their needs and business objectives, and applying the appropriate technological solution.
During Christy's tenure at CPI, she was involved in many aspects of the business, including long range planning, product evaluation and management, including leading the sales force while the company earned successive listings as an INC 500 company. She learned the value of developing long term relationships and maintained many of her clients throughout her career with CPI. Christy believes in honesty and integrity in all transactions, seeks to provide outstanding customer service and follow up, and now trains others in developing and implementing those skills and attitudes.
Christy studied marketing and psychology at Ball State University. She is
also a certified empowerment coach with expertise in Business and Personal coaching,
gaining that certification through IPEC, the Institute for Professional Empowerment
Coaching. Christy enjoys using her knowledge and experience to help organizations
and individuals identify their business, professional and personal goals, and
assisting them in designing a plan to achieve those goals, while providing a
support structure during the entire process.
Christy is a member of Business Women Connect, the International Coach Federation
(ICF), the Indianapolis chapter of the ICF, and the International Association
of Coaches (IAC).
