Profit Point provides a curriculum to meet all of your sales and sales management needs. Our blended training approach provides flexibility, reinforcement, and cost savings to maximize classroom time and expedite the learning process.
We take a three-pronged approach to delivering skill-building workshops, focusing on what happens before, during and after the class.
1. Before Class:
Many of our workshops include a course primer which highlights key theory and research-based principles. This pre-work helps introduce concepts, define terms and expand the participant's understanding of the subject matter in order to maximize the time available in the classroom for practical application.
2. During Class:
During our workshops we focus on consolidating the theory and building skills in a variety of ways including the use of group exercises, role play and account application. These customized exercises, when combined with the appropriate feedback, allow the participants the "playing time" required to start modifying their sales behaviors.
3. After the Class:
After the workshop we offer coaching and reinforcement to ensure that the new skills translate into measurable results. Coaching is offered both in groups, as well as one-on-one forums to meet the client's specification.
